Marlon Ann Pace

Mrs. Pace was born March 17, 1936 in Swain County, NC to the late Harley Pace and Myrtle Sawyers Pace. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by five siblings, Wallace, Joe, Ida, Glen and Freddie Pace.

Surviving Mrs. Pace are one daughter, Patricia Wilkes and husband, Robert of Marion, NC; one adopted daughter, Debbie Waitman of Marion, NC; two granddaughters, Kayla Wilkes of Marion, NC and Cherish Hensley and husband, Dustin of KY; one great-granddaughter, Michaela C.; one brother, Harold Pace and wife, Wanda of Marion, NC; and three sisters, Pauline Cable of Gastonia, NC, Emma Allison of Marion, NC and Margaret Autrey of Aberdeen, NC.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with Pastor Bud Sheets and Pastor J.B. Cope officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorialization will be by cremation.
