He is survived by his mother and step-father, Ruth and Robert Smith of Marion; father and step-mother, William Eugene and Blanche Howard of Nebo; daughter, Kelbey Brooke Howard of Marion; sons, Donavon Blake Beam of Marion, Brandon Dakota Huskins of Kernersville and Conner Eugene Deece of Marion; brother, Christopher Michael Howard, Sr. and his wife, Lisa of Mooresboro; sister, Elizabeth Smith; step-brothers, Darryl Hudgins and his wife Debbie of Marion and Tony Hudgins and his wife Kim of Swannanoa; step-sister, Theresa Hall and her husband, David of Ridgecrest, niece, Alisha Michelle Howard; and nephew, Christopher Michael Howard, Jr.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, July 5, 2012 in the McCall Memorial Chapel of Kirksey Funeral Home in Marion. Burial will follow the service at Glen Alpine Cemetery.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
