Ronald Junior Atwood

Mr. Atwood was born in McDowell County to Johnnie Archie Atwood of Marion, NC and the late Juanita Burleson Atwood. He is also preceded in death by his daughter, Penny Michelle Atwood.

Ronald was a retired electrician and a Veteran of the United States Army.

In addition to his father, Mr. Atwood is survived by his wife Sandra Beaulieu of Marion NC , one son; John Paul Atwood and wife Angela of Aynor SC, four sisters; Debbie Atwood of Marion NC , Kim Swank of Laclede Idaho, Melissa Kirby of Myrtle Beach SC, Robin Atwood of Boone, NC and seven grandchildren.

The family will have a Memorial Service on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 2:00 pm in Kirksey Funeral Home Chapel in Marion, NC with Reverend John Kirby officiating.
