Ronnie Hugh Moore

He was born November 15, 1943 in McDowell County, NC to the late Bishop Moore, Sr. and Eloise Brown Moore Conley. Mr. Moore attended New Beginning Church.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters; Bishop Moore, Jr., Isaac C. Moore, Sr., Mary F. Blackwell, and Mary T. Carson.

Surviving is his wife, Betty Jean Daugherty, of Dallas, NC, two daughters; Danielle Adrianne Moore, of Marion, Ronni Denise Moore, of Dallas, NC, three step-brothers; Louis Conley, Governor Conley, James Conley, all of Marion, two step-sisters; Mary Wells, Rosetta Conley, all of Marion, three grandchildren; Adam Jonathan Moore, Anthony Lovary Tate, and Alexandra Janelle Tate, of Marion, special nieces and nephews; Quantavia Farley, Ashanta Washington, Monikia Credle, Rick Thomas, Karriem Washington, and Isaac C. Moore, Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews and friends and family.

Funeral services will held Sunday, February 6, 2011 at 2:00 PM at McCall Memorial Chapel at Kirksey Funeral Home in Marion, with the Rev. Jeff Conley officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at McDowell Cemetery.

Kirksey Funeral Home will be assisting the family.
