Sherrill McCurry

Mr. McCurry was born May 15, 1935 in Rutherford County, NC to the late Solon Roosevelt McCurry and Willie Nora Smalley McCurry.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by three brothers, Gilbert McCurry, Glynn McCurry and Ivo McCurry.

Those left behind to cherish Mr. McCurry’s memory are two children, Michael Art McCurry and Sheila Frank and husband, David; eight grandchildren, Matthew McCurry, Zachary McCurry, Jacob McCurry, Claire Dysart, Grace Hardin, Jessica Volbeda, Sarah Franks and Miranda Franks; and eight great-grandchildren, Autumn McCurry, Ivor McCurry, Oliver Dysart, Thomas Hardin, Solon McCurry, Emma Volbeda, Jackson Volbeda and Jasper Franks.

In keeping with Mr. McCurry’s wishes no services will be held at this time.
