Catherine Lee Stockman, 71, of Markle passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Catherine spent her career working as a preschool teacher for several organizations throughout the years. Catherine's greatest joys in life were traveling with her friends and spending time with her grandchildren.
Catherine was born on July 24, 1954 in Flint Michigan, a daughter to Donald and Beverly (Sova) Wilson.
Catherine was united in marriage to Jeffrey Stockman and the two shared 41 years of marriage together before he preceded her in death on July 2, 2017.
Survivors include two daughters: Courtneé (Ramar) Stockman of St. Paul MN, Callie (Eric) Hanes of Ossian; Father: Donald Wilson of Markle; a brother: Jeffrey Wilson of Michigan; seven grandchildren: Gabriella, Rocco, Karric, Jace, Sebastian, Ezekiel, Ace.
She was preceded in death by her mother, and her husband.
To honor Catherine's wishes there will be no public services at this time.
