OBITUARY

Kedrick K. Freds

October 10, 1952May 3, 2020

Kedric K. Freds, 67 of Decatur passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020 at Golden Meadows Home in Decatur. Kedric was a 1971 graduate of Huntington North High School. He worked at Pathfinder Services and Ron Kline Mowing. He collected Avon bottles and Matchbox Cars. Kedric enjoyed fishing, country music and helping mow yards.

He was born on October 10, 1952 in Huntington, the son of Homer B. and Evelyn M. (Crow) Freds.

Survivors include a sister-in-law: Ann Freds; a nephew: Drew Freds; a great niece: Henley Freds; many cousins and his extended family at Golden Meadows.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother: Steven Freds.

There will be no services.

Interment will take place at the Hoverstock Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial donations can be made out to Golden Meadows Home in care of Myers Funeral Home, P.O. Box 403, Markle, IN 46770.

To cousins he was known as "Keddie".
He loved helping his parent's host Holloween parties.
Keddie always had a smile and enjoyed laughing.
He loved desserts and often at reunions his plate only had dessert. I was jealous!
He is remembered fondly by our family.
