Center in Fort Wayne. Larry was a 1961 graduate of East Rockcreek High School. He was a lifetime farmer of Wells County. Larry also drove bus for the Northern Wells Community Schools for many years and had worked in maintenance at Caylor-Nickel Clinic in Bluffton. He had attended the First Reformed Church in Bluffton and was a member of the Markle United Methodist Church. Larry had also served as a Wells County 4-H Leader for over 20 years.
Larry was born on June 12, 1943 in Bluffton, a son of the late Glenn and Eva (Burnau) Wilburn.
He was united in marriage to Beverly F. Seabolt on December 11, 1963 at the Beamer Church in Huntington County. She preceded him in death on May 10, 2011.
Survivors include a daughter: Tammy (Steve) Clark of Bluffton; five grandchildren: Cody (Alisha) Campbell, Caige (Taylor Garr) Morris, Cylee (Blaine) Williams, Cheyenne (Eli) Hamrick and Celsey Clark; four great grandchildren: Lydia, Melany, Warren and Stetson; a sister: Marjorie Mautz of Markle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Bev, a son Timothy Wilburn and a great grandson Sawyer Campbell.
Visitation will be on Monday, March 23, 2026 from Noon until 3:00 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home, Markle Chapel, 415 N. Lee St., Markle, Indiana. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 3:30 p.m.
Interment will take place in the Markle Cemetery.
