

Barbara was born to Homer and Muriel Denning on November 20, 1930, in Stockdale, Texas. She graduated from Stockdale High in 1948 and earned a teaching degree from Baylor University in 1952. Barbara married Roy Jennings on August 22, 1953, and they had almost 40 years together. They were active church members in Abilene, Marlin, and Belton, where Barbara taught classes and played the piano.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leroy C. Jennings, Jr.; and her son, Bradley Alan Jennings.
She is survived by her son Frank Jennings and wife Cheri of Dripping Springs, and daughter Judy Geib and husband Harry of Moody. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Nathan Jennings and wife Jamie, and their daughters Liv and Evy; Matt Jennings and wife Lindsay, and their sons Mason and Logan; Natalie Richardson and husband Clark, and their children Graham, Isla, and Cora; Benjamin Geib and wife Megan, and their children Caroline, Harrison, and Holden; Adam Geib and wife Tiffany, and their sons Max and Roy; and Anna Beth Blake and husband Michael, and their children Henry and Audrey.
Philippians 3:20-21 But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body.
