Darlene Esther Mulsow Lehrmann, born on November 25, 1933 to Paul & Esther Mulsow in Otto, TX, passed away on February 13, 2021 at 9:08am.

Darlene married Curtis Lehrmann on March 22, 1953. They were married almost 44 years before he passed. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents. She is survived by her children - Debbie Lehrmann, Brenda Moerbe, and Kirk Lehrmann; grandchildren - Melissa Ulrich(Spencer), Adam McCullough(Chasity); and great grandchildren - Mason Ulrich, Reed Ulrich, and Faith McCullough. She is also survived by her brother, Bobby Mulsow, along with many dear cousins and family friends.

Darlene and Curtis lived multiple places together but Otto was always home to her. Darlene devoted her entire adult life to caring for her family until she could no longer do so. Much of her time was spent caring for her daughter Debbie and their bond was a special one. She loved to host family gatherings in her younger years and spent days preparing for them to make every part perfect. Her kitchen was full of food to nourish others and there was always room at the table for more people. Her late night chats were the best. Darlene suffered from dementia for a number of years. She longed to be reunited with her loved ones who had passed before her. She will be missed but the family is comforted to know that she is at peace. The viewing will be held at Adams Funeral home in Marlin, TX, Saturday February 27, 10-1:30. There will be a graveside service at 2PM at Hillcrest Cemetery, 206 Hwy 147, Marlin, Falls County, Texas, 76661.

I have fond memories of you Darlene. I will always remember the huge roses you grew in your front flowerbed in Marlin, and the patient, loving ways you had with Debbie.
