Elias Moreno

Elias Moreno, age 31, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023, in Marlin, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Gregory McLaughlin officiating. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at Adams Funeral Home.

Elias was born on January 14, 1992, to Genovevo and Maria Moreno in Temple, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Marlin, Texas. Elias was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He worked at Apple Sport Chevrolet for 9 years. Elias enjoyed spending time with his family and his children. He especially enjoyed hunting and fishing with his wife Jasmine Mozee, who he celebrated 14 years of life with. He is preceded in death by his father, Genovevo Moreno, Paternal Grandparents, Francisco and Dolores Moreno, Maternal Grandparents, Juan and Juana Camargo, aunt, Guadalupe Galvan, and uncle, Tomas Moreno.

Survivors include his loving wife, Jasmine Mozee; daughters, Alia Moreno and Elena Moreno; and sons, Jayden Moreno and Elias “Nugget” Moreno. siblings, Francisco Moreno and wife, Celia Saldana, Benjamin Moreno, Jorge Moreno, Blanca Moreno and Celeste Moreno; Nieces and Nephews: Jose Luis, Alexis, Carmen, Ysait, Sol, Christian, Chabela and Emiliano. Godparents, Baldomero and Sara Calderon, Godbrother, Francisco Calderon; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
