To The Family:
I am sorry about your loss. Death is a sad time for the family. But the joy come from God's word the bible, he is the God of all comfort. 2 Cor 1:3,4 states โ€œ3, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfortโ€ โ€œ4, who comforts us in all our trialsโ€ because he cares.

So sorry for your loss. May it help you to know that Revelation 21:4 read: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be nomore, neither will mourning, nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things will have passed away." Please find some comfort from knowing this fact, that soon you may see Mrs. Joni again, doing what she loved and you enjoying her again

Dear Family and Friends of Joni:
May the love you shared with Joni help you find comfort at this time. May the tears that you will have turn to smiles as you talk to each other about your wonderful memories. I didn't get to know this wonderful person until about 1990. She was very instrumental in helping us get the old Torbett-Hutchings-Smith Hospital cleaned up and prepared for a major inspection by the State Health Department. It had failed 100% of all standards and this team had ordered the place to be closed. I was able to get them to allow us a couple of weeks to get the placed "fixed." Joni, Randy Habel and others, all came to our rescue and in 3 weeks the place was re-inspected and it passed all of the standards - 100%. That's how I got to know Joni Barganier - what a trooper! Over the next several years we socialized quite a bit and we became good friends. I'll never forget those parties we had in the Ball Room of the old Falls Hotel. In recent years we connected on Facebook and Joni and I shared many messages. Not once did she mention to me her illness, however, so learning of this tragic news today was a real shocker for me. Joni, I enjoyed getting to know you and sharing those wonderful times back in the '90s. I will miss you but I hope you can now rest in peace, free from the pain and suffering, and may the good Lord shine the perpetual light on your soul.
