Louis was born August 31, 1952 to Louis C. Sr. and Christine (ketch) Duty in San Diego, California. He was a resident of Marlin at the time of his death. Louis attended Temple High where he graduated in 1970. He served in the United States Navy during 1971-1974 during the Vietnam War.
He leaves behind his sister, Kathy Harrison and husband, Frank of Selma, Texas.
Services are under the directions of Adams Funeral Home in Marlin, Texas.
