Mary Louise Pecina, age 77, passed away February 3, 2025, in Marlin, Texas. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 17, 2025, at Adams Funeral Home with Reverend David Cozart officiating.
Mary was born on October 17, 1947, to Martin and Peggy (Martinez) Felan in Golinda, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Marlin, Texas. Mary graduated from Chilton High School. She married the love of her life, John Pecina in 1969. Mary worked in the health industry as a LVN for many years. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, John Pecina of Marlin, son, John Pecina, Jr., of Marlin, grandson, John Pecina, III of Marlin, grandson, Anthony Lyons of Waco, granddaughters, Andrea Page of Marlin, Elizabeth Martinez, of Temple, Olivia Short of Waco, grandson, Cameron Pecina of Marlin; brothers, Martin Felan and wife, Juanita of Waco, Pete Felan of Robinson, sister, Jane Salinas of Waco.
