I’m so sorry to hear Willis passed away. I always enjoyed seeing Willis & Joyce at work. Family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers. RIP dear Willis. 

I had the honor to work with Willis during my years with Affilliated Foods.I knew he and his brothers ,well and also met his wife ,Joyce,there.I hope they will forgive me for missing the funeral for my own health reasons but I just wanted to  let everyone know ,there was no better person you can find than Willis Reese,and I think that everybody that knew him would agree.I still remember the day when Willis consoled me after my Dear Mother had just passed.I will never forget the healing and kind words that he spoke to me.REST IN PEACE IN HEAVEN.WILLIS.I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU.

Mr. Reese was a great leader and will be sadly missed . We would like to give our condolence's to the family of a great man that we  have in our hearts and prayers .

As a colleague in the rural hospital profession, I can share that Willis was one of the good guys.  A true gentleman administrator that plied his trade out of a deep respect and commitment for his community and all the people in it. He was a sincere friend to many and a wonderful example of servant leadership. He will be truly missed. Heartfelt condolences and prayers to all those who have been touched by this loss.

To Joyce and all your family.  I am saddened by the news of Willis's passing.  I had the pleasure of working with Willis on many civic endeavors and as a fellow member of the City Council.  The number one goal for Willis was always to promote what was in the best interest of the city and county.  He cared about the people who worked for him and for all the people who lived and worked in Falls County.  He will be missed by many people, but we all know that he is in a better place and has no pain.  May God continue to bless you and your family.  



I worked with Mr. Reese for several years until he retired from FCHC. He made this hospital a family environment in which I have never seen before.  He cared about the community and his employees and did whatever he could to help either out.  Mr. Reese will never be forgotten. To you Joyce you are a great strong woman who stood by his side all the way and was also a great contributor to the hospital.  My thoughts and prayers go out to this family with lots of love and respect.  

I had the privilege of working at the CashWay Grocery with Willis as my boss for many years as a young man! I have many found memories of those times. It was a family environment not just Co-workers! Willis to this day still called me by my childhood nickname! Thank you Willis, Rest In Peace! 

Mr. Reese was an amazing man. He worked hard to make FCHC a hospital for Marlin. He will be missed by many people and fellow employees. Thank you Mr. Reese for giving me the opportunity to work with you and l will  continue to work for FCHC. Rest In Peace.   Prayers for the family.

I worked with Mr. Reese at FCHC. He was always friendly.  I enjoyed working at FCHC when he was administrator. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.

Mr. Willis Lane Reese was preceded in death by his father, Willis R. Reese, step-father, William S. Sammon, mother, Lily E. (Moseley) Reese-Sammon, sister, Dorothy Halunka and husband, Louie, and nephew, Nick Halunka and great nephew, David Wayne Halunka. 

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Reese of Mansfield; his daughter Kimberly McKinney and husband Rick of Mansfield: grandsons Brad McKinney and wife Courtney of Arlington and Sterling McKinney of Dallas.  Sister Carol Ann (Reese) Meredith and husband Dwane of Katy.  Brothers Tommy Sammon of Marlin, and Williard Sammon and wife Linda of Marlin.  Niece Lois (Halunka) Kirkland of Rosebud and other loved family members.
