Alberta Dufrene Lambert passed away on February 9, 2018 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Albert Lambert, Sr. Mother of Albert Lambert, Jr. (late Carolyn Lambert) and Thomas Lambert (Karen). Grandmother of Alan Lambert (Christine), Kerri Schilling (David), Courtney Lambert, and Casey Stowe. Great-grandmother of Joshua, Haley, Emily, Desirae and Dylan. Sister of Helen Chaboudy, Eugene “Blake” Dufrene (Janet), the late Dudley and Wilfred Dufrene, Laura Dufrene Green, and Louella Dufrene Waller. Daughter of the late Oliver and Julia Barrios Dufrene. The family wishes to thank her beloved caregivers Wanda Perez and Peggy Adams.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Thursday February 15, 2018 at Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. A funeral Mass will be from 2:00p-3:00p. Visitation will be held from 10:00am-2:00p. Interment at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum in Westwego.
