Aloma Brunet

Aloma Brunet entered eternal rest on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the age of 66. She was a lifelong resident of Westwego and a homemaker. She was the beloved wife of Russell Brunet for the past 48 years and the loving mother of Kimberly George, Reba Humphries (Randolph, Jr.) Rochell King (David). She was the grandmother of Monique Griffin (Brandon Wills), Chanc George and Danielle King as well as the great-grandmother of Leah Wills and Cameron Wills. She was the daughter of the late Andrew Guilbeau and Gloria Duplessis and the sister of Andrew Guilbeau, Jr., Van Guilbeau, the late Kenneth Guilbeau, Allen Guilbeau, Dennis Guilbeau and Wandra Ledet. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at WESTSIDE/LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME, 5101 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY, MARRERO, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and again on Monday, January 31, 2011 from 10:00 AM until 12 Noon at which time a Prayer Service will be held in the Chapel.
