Alvin was the loving fiance of LaDonna LaBorde. Proud father of Lauren Fabre, Alvin Fabre IV, and Allen Fabre. Paw-Paw of Landon and Brendan Eckols, Makayla Lankster, and "Pops" of Kian. Brother of Darby Fabre and Brandon Fabre. He also leaves his three closest friends; Gavin Parria, Al Abadie, and Steven Polkey Jr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Alvin enjoyed trawlering in the gulf off of Grand Isle. He found great joy in spending quality time with his friends. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A service for Alvin will be held at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 9:00 AM until a Catholic Service held at 11:00AM. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be left for the Fabre family at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
