Ana Tijerino entered peacefully into Heaven on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the age of 83. She is survived by her sisters, Iris Tijerino Morales (the late Roberto), Lily Tijerino Martinson (Ralph) and Argentina Tijerino Quesada. Daughter of the late Margarita Gomez Tijerino and Alejandro C. Tijerino. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A native of San Salvador, El Salvador and a resident of the Greater New Orleans area for over 70 years. Ana retired from Bayou Title Company as their Bookkeeper for many years. Upon retirement, Ana spent her time traveling with family, enjoyed watching her soaps, and just life in general.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway.
