Anthony Paul Smith passed away on February 16, 2022 at the age of 33. Anthony was born December 4, 1988 at Charity Hospital. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Ashley Mayfield-Smith, his dear children, Mya Smith, Deion Smith, and Autumn Smith, as well as his caring stepchildren, Makailya Lee, Ridge Lee Jr., and Blake Mayfield. Anthony is also survived by his parents, Patricia Smith and Steve Anderson, his stepfather Steve Anderson, his In-Laws, Clayton and Peggy Mayfield, his sister Nicolle Gaubert, his brother-in-law Travis Gaubert Jr., his sister-in-law Kayla Gaubert, and his bestfriends, Ross Sanders, Kevin Brown, Adam Brown, Gerrick Hammond, Ian Belverstone, Rico Robertson, Kody Brown, and Nick Brown, who were all like brothers to him. Anthony is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends who are left to remember him.
