Audrey Billiot Dufrene passed away on January 12, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Gerald “Tiger” Dufrene, and mother of Barbara D. Gendron (Barry), Jerry Dufrene (Marlene), Kimberly D. Traylor (Eugene), and Geralyn D. Melancon (Curtis). She was the grandmother of Jennifer (Nicholas), Bryan, Nikki (Joe), Brad, Jamie, Alana, J.C., and Elaine Mary Ann, and great grandmother of Allison and Christopher. She was the sister of Doris Centanni (Jules), and the late Milton and Shirley. The family would like to thank the staff of Bayside Healthcare and Heart of Hospice. She was an active member of the Mulates Dancers in New Orleans.
