Bobby J. Bourgeois, Sr., entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at the age of 65. He was surrounded by those he loved. He was born in Jefferson, Louisiana. He was the baby of brother to Pamela Foret, Max Bourgeois, and Darlene Gros. He was the father of Bobby(Casey) Bourgeois and Vickie Drury. Grandfather of Logan (Chelsey) Larousse, Tyler (Alison) LaRousse, Connor Wade, Rocky Felps, Kane and Shalyn Bourgeois, Sarina and Jayden Bourgeois. A Great Grandfather to Remington LaRousse, Royce Callias, Amelia Bourgeois, and Serenity Felps. He was the Godfather to Michele Rayborn, Nicole Wright, and Tony Griffin Jr. Bobby is the son of Maxamillian and Marlene Bourgeois. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other loved ones. He was the former husband of Linda Schouest.
Bobby loved listening to and dancing to swamp pop music by Brad Sapia, Junior and Something Sneaky, and Dino and Guys. He was a graduate of West Jefferson High School.
