Chad, who was born on July 13, 1972, was raised in Terrytown, spent many years in Florida, and most recently resided in Gretna. He is known to be an extremely hard worker, a loyal and loving family man, and the life of any party. He spent most of his free time doing what he loved most, fishing on the open water. Chad was also the sole proprietor of “The Chad’s Fencing Company” and “The Chad’s Fishing Charters” proving that he was successful in all endeavors. He had ability, attitude, knowledge, and most of all pride in his craft. Chad was also known for his notable athleticism, sharp sense of humor, and his great big welcoming smile. Chad never met a stranger! His love for his friends came second only to that of his family and God. Dear Betty and the entire Arcement family,
We all hope and pray that Our Heavenly Father will give you the inner awareness that Chad has now safely made his crossing - as the place prepared for him was ready. May our prayers for you and Chad bring the peace of Christ who called him to his eternal home at his appointed time. You will see him again. That’s a promise.
Many prayers are with you now. Sincerely,
Kathy Shields

My Prayers and Condolences go out to my Aunt Betty and my cousins and Family and Friends.
Although we lived our separate lives, we are Family.
My Heart is saddened of the Loss to our Family.
I Pray to our Lord to ease the pain and sorrow of my Aunt Betty and children and other Family.
We don't understand why, all we can do is find Peace knowing that through the Blood of Jesus Christ Chad has Everlasting Life in Heaven with our Lord.
We must all put our Faith in God and accept Jesus Christ as our Savior so we all can be reunited with our Loved ones when God calls us home.
Sincerely, Richard Crappel 🙏 and Family.
