Cruz “Crucita” Maria Mendoza entered eternal rest on Friday, March 11, 2011 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of 49 years to Gustavo A. Mendoza and the devoted mother of Gus Mendoza and Alina Alexander and mother-in-law of Jim Alexander. She was the adoring grandmother of Alex James and Grace Marie. She was the youngest of seven siblings and is survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as family back home in Cuba. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her, especially her friends.
