Darryl Ray Bergeron of Marrero, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at the age of 61. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Edwin and Irene Bergeron. He was married to Rosalind Marse Bergeron for over 23 years. Father of Natalie Rodrigue, Darryl Bergeron, Jr., and Peter Bergeron. Brother of Leewood Bergeron, Ulysses Bergeron, Willis Bergeron, Donald Bergeron, Ronald Bergeron, June Bergeron, Valerie Bergeron, Juanita Bergeron, and Annette Bergeron. Darryl is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends who will miss him dearly.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, January 22nd, 2024 in the chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. A visitation will begin at 9:00AM and continue until the service time. Darryl will be laid to rest at Restlawn Cemetery in Avondale, Louisiana.
