Deborah Ann Sanchez

Mrs. Deborah Ann Dufrene Sanchez entered into Eternal Rest on Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at the age of 64. Devoted wife of Jessie J. Sanchez and loving mother of Christopher Sanchez (Brittany) and Aelicisa Sanchez (fiancé James Butler). Proud grandmother of Dylan Sanchez, Nevaeh Dupre, and Gage Sanchez. Sister of Dorleen Eiremann (Phillip), Cindy Barthe, Agnes Hensley (John), Troy Dufrene (Tamie), and brother-in-law Edward Bynum, and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, Mildred and Wilbert Dufrene, sister, Diana Bynum, and nephew John Morgan.

Deborah worked with the Jefferson Parish School Board at the Bridge City Elementary School for numerous years until her retirement.

The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff at Ochsner Foundation who cared for Mrs. Sanchez during her stay at the facility.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Monday, October 13, 2014 at 8:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway.
