Diane G. Christen

Diane G. Christen passed away on 3/20/2022 at the age of 74. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Beulah Leidinger. Devoted wife of the late Lloyd "Jay" Christen, Jr. Loving mother of Dina Miller (Christopher), Tammy Christen (Mike Terry), Lloyd E. Christen, III (Denise), Traci Christen (Christopher Escalante) and the late Gina Christen. Proud grandmother of Krystal Miller-Bohanick, Zachary Miller, Christopher Naquin, Jr., Chad Arabi, Sarah Schneider, Kelly Schneider, Marion Christen and Lloyd E. Christen, IV. and 6 great-grandchildren. Sister of Rose, Judy, Lawrence and Linda. Diane was also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousin, friends and her furbaby, Chi-Chi.

As a young child, Diane became the foster child of George and Jeanette Glockner. She lived in Lafitte for most of her life. Diane enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino's and listening to music, but, most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and Chi-Chi.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, March 26, 2022, beginning at 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero. followed by t catholic service at 4:00 PM. Burial will be private at a later date.
