Diane Millet Salomon

Diane Millet Salomon, age 81, of Avondale, Louisiana passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Honald and Mary Millet. Loving wife of the late Hashem Salomon. Devoted mother of Brian Salomon (Lona) and Honald Salomon (Christy). Proud Meme of Brittany Salomon Torres (Mikey), Brett Salomon (Melissa), Alyssa Salomon De La Cruz (Edwin), Ally Salomon, and her great grandchildren Jesse and Beau Torres and Elijah and Eden De La Cruz. Sister of the late Brenda Millet and the late Paul Millet (Cheryl). Diane is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends who will miss her dearly.

Diane's family would like to express their gratitude to Lynn Schumacher and Esther Hammill for all of their love and support to Diane when she needed them the most.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, September 19th, 2024 at St. John Paul II Catholic Church (formerly known as Our Lady of the Angels), 6851 River Road in Waggaman, Louisiana. A visitation will be held from 9:00AM until the Mass time. Diane will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery in Avondale, Louisiana immediately following the Mass.
