Doris Magdalene Bychurch

Doris M. Bychurch, a native of Montegut, Louisiana and a resident of Algiers, Louisiana for over 50 years and a resident of McNeil and Diamondhead, Mississippi for the past 20 years, left her earthly home for her heavenly home on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Antoine Stanley Bychurch, Sr. Loving mother of Antione Stanley Bychurch, Jr. (Darleen Valenti), Valerie Bychurch Bourgeois and Melissa Bychurch Abney (Ricky Abney). A proud grandmother of 5 grandchildren; Tony, Sheree, Antoine III, Levi and Amanda. Step-grandmother of 2; Desiree’ Boutian and Bubby Boutian, Sr.. and great grandmother of 11 great grandchildren; Addison, Reid, Joleigh, Noah, Taylor, Alyssa, Conner, Logan, Ayden, Arleigh, Emmie and step-great grandchildren; Jaidyn, Devyn and Bubby, Jr. Daughter of the late Adorina Molinere Billiott and Alexander Billiott. Sister of Alexander :Joe” and Mark Billiott, Nancy Hursey, Marion Drew and Gloria Pepition and the late Theresa Legendre’. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Doris enjoyed gardening, loved her yard, baby sitting her grandchildren, her work at her church and mostly spending time with family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expy., Marrero, LA on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11:00 am.
