Ellen Ann Boothe

Ellen Ann Stogner Boothe entered peacefully into heaven on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at the age of 67. Devoted wife of the late Kenneth Dale Boothe, Sr. of 45 years. She is survived by her sons, Kenneth Dale Boothe, Jr. (Jennifer) and Quince Edward Boothe. A proud grandmother of Alyssa Boothe, Alexa Boothe, Avrea Boothe and Kyler Boothe. Daughter of the late Wilma Dufrene and Charles Stogner. Sister of Louvina Boothe, Chet Stogner, Charles Stogner, Cammie Ronquille, Paul Stogner and David Stogner. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Ellen was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, gardening, needle point and spending time with family and friends. She was a surviving liver and kidney transplant patient for the past 24 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expy., Marrero, LA on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Visitation from 10:00 am until Funeral time. Interment following in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
