Erin Clogher Fanning

Erin Clogher Fanning of Belle Chasse, Louisiana passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 57. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 25, 1967 to Mary Lynne Clogher and the late Edward Jack Clogher. Devoted wife of Patrick Fanning, Sr. Loving mother of Nicholas, Isabella and Jack and step-mother of Patrick Fanning, Jr. and Victoria Fanning. Proud grandmother of Alastir Lee. Sister of Donald, Anthony, Catherine and the late Stephanie Clogher Fullman. Erin is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

Erin was a graduate of Ursuline Academy and attended University of New Orleans. Prior to her death, she was employed at Copeland's, located on the Westbank. She enjoyed taking trips to Florida to visit her extended family but most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her kids.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff in the emergency department at Ochsner Westbank and especially to the palliative care unit at Ochsner Jefferson.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Church, 610 Sixth St in Gretna. The Funeral Mass will begin at 10:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, Mass leagues would be appreciated.
