Ethel Regina Fitte went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 13, 2012 at the age of 82 with her family and friends by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Lucien Fitte, the loving mother Maxie Machado (Nancy), Debra Feet, Reed Machado (Sheila), Marsha Phillips (Roland), Dorine Craig, Marvin Ralph, Davy Fitte (MiMi), Marshall Feet (Tina) and the late Judy James. She was the grandmother of 22, the great-grandmother of 57 and the great-great grandmother of 1. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings.
Her greatest passion was serving the Lord and she was a member of Hosanna Fellowship. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the services at Hosanna Fellowship Church, 2215 Barataria Blvd, Marrero, LA on Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at which time a Celebration of her life will begin. Burial will then follow in Grand Bayou Cemetery in Grand Bayou Village, LA.
