She was the beloved wife of the late Jacob E. Trosclair; daughter of the late Elodie Josephine Rodrigue Delatte and Clarence Joseph Delatte; sister of the late Hilda Delatte Falcon, Mable Delatte Gervais, Alice Delatte Helton, Florence Delatte Rico, and Clarence Delatte Jr.; beloved aunt of Sandra Sasser (Russell), Elaine Forman (Barry), Mark Helton (Jody), and Conrad Adams (Sayda), as well as the late Farrell Falcon, Michael Helton, and Craig Adams.
She loved drawing since an early age, and really loved different forms of art. She was remembered as a sweet lady, with a big heart. She loved life to the fullest.
A graveside service for Eunice will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum in Westwego.
