Felician Ann “Phyllis” Blanchard passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at the age of 75. She was a native of Bell Rose, Louisiana. She was the beloved wife of the late Harold Paul Blanchard, Sr, whom she followed in death only 5 days after his. Daughter of the late Clifton Phillip Morales and Emily LeBlanc Morales. Sister of the Vera Morales, Russell Morales, David Morales, and Dianne Morales, as well as the late Claude “Moe” Morales and Claiborne “Moe” Morales. Mother of Harold (Bobbie), Debbie (Wayne), Claude (Pam Huggins), and George (Anglea) Blanchard. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Krystal Lassere, Jennifer Hymel, Dalton Blanchard, Lee Blanchard, Harold Blanchard, Jessie Blanchard, Tiffany Blanchard Ravias, and Wayne Dykes, as well as three great grandchildren, Hailey Ravias, Isabelle Lassere, and Matthew Lassere.
A visitation will be held in the parlor of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, on Sunday, March 1, 2015 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM, remembering Mr. and Mrs. Blanchard. Express condolences at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
