Frank Hebert Wyman Jr.

He was the beloved husband of Pearl Wyman. Father of Gerald Matherne, Frank Wyman III, Marie Wyman Marziale (Buddy), Conrad Wyman, Jane Wyman, Edward Wyman (Lee), Ronald Wyman (Joan), Henry Wyman (Doris), Amy Wyman Langoni (Benny), James Wyman (Nicole), and Wilfred Wyman (Nicole), as well as the late Lynn Wyman, Richard "Ricky" Wyman, Patrick Wyman. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other relatives, and friends. Son of the late Frank Wyman Sr. and Irene Wyman.

He was a veteran of the US Air Force, and served in World War II, who achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. Before the Air Force, he was part of the Merchant Marine. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Gretna and the Lafitte/Barataria/Crown Point Fire Department. He will be remembered for his great story-telling and friendly demeanor.

A Funeral Service will be held at the VFW Post, 475 Monroe St., Gretna, on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 12:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Cemetery. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.WestsideLeitzEagan.com for the Wyman family.
