Glenn was the loving husband of Gwyneth Martinez for 30 years. He is the beloved father of Nicole Parfait (Chris). Grandfather of Kristen Reeves, Alexis Johnson (Nick), Victoria Parfait and Elliott Parfait. Great-Grandfather of Marcus Johnson. Brother of Patricia Castine (Joe) and Vernon Martinez, Jr., (Christine). His adoptive family Hnat and Rose Ho and Lori Cunningham. Glenn is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews as well as friends.
Glenn is preceded in death by his parents, Vernon Martinez, Sr., and Miriam Martinez.
Glenn loved bowling, coffee at Coffee & and spending time with his loving family and friends. Glenn also served in the United States Marines.
Visitation will be held at Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, Louisiana 70072, on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 beginning at 5:00 pm. Catholic Mass will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026 beginning at 9:00 am.
A Committal Service will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at Westlawn Cemetery, 1225 Whitney Avenue, Terrytown, LA 70056.
