Gloria Scott Hammonds passed away peacefully on Friday, July 31, 2026 at the age of 84. She was loving spouse of the late Travis Oneil Hammonds. Devoted mother of Scott Oneil Hammonds (Staci) and Tammy Hammonds Andreoni. Gloria was the proud grandmother of Dara Champagne (Chris), Scott Hammonds, Jr., Tyler Hammonds (Olivia) as well as four great grandchildren. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends who will miss her dearly.
A visitation will be held from 9:00AM until 11:00AM on Monday, August 10, 2026 at Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. Gloria will be laid to rest at St. Mary's Cemetery in Raceland, Louisiana.
