Grace Helen Folse

Grace Helen Folse peacefully went to meet the Lord, on Monday, January 4th. 2021. She was surrounded by her family at her home in Harahan. She was the daughter of the late Camille Marcel Folse and Honorine Dugrese Folse. She was also proceeded in death by her husband, Russell Joseph Truxillo, Sr.

Grace was the loving mother of four children, Rachel Hemmelder, Russell Truxillo, Jr. (Betty), Debra Duet (Paul), and Janet Gibert. Grandmother to Freddie Hemmelder (Shawn), Anthony Molinario, III (Kansas), Angelo Molinario, and Jessica Duet. Great grandmother of Nicole and McKenzie Hemmelder and Destiny Guarneri. Grace will also be missed by her four legged babies Toby, Ollie, Bear, and Simba.

Grace spent most of her free time traveling to the casino with her sisters and playing Pokeno with her dear friends. Grace enjoyed seafood boils with her family and watching Saints and LSU games on weekends.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero. A visitation will be held from 9:00AM until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Grace's name to The American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org or The Alzheimer's Foundation at www.alzheimers.org.
