Hwa Won Kim passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on Sunday, January 26, 2014. He was 73. Husband of the late Sang Sook Nam Kim. Father of Miree Kim Larrimer (Dana) and Aeree Kim. Grandfather of Kaylee and Kaiden Larrimer. Also survived by five sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Ji Yong Kim and Bong Yi Kim, and two brothers. He was a native of Seoul, South Korea, and resident of the New Orleans area for the past 35 years. He was an avid golfer, antique shopper and, most importantly, enjoyed spending time with his family. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Services from LEITZ-EAGAN, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, Metairie, on Wednesday Evening, January 29, 2014 at 7:00.
