James "Bucky" Adam Pellegrin Jr.,of Jean Lafitte, Louisiana passed away peacefully with his children and grandbabies by his side, on Friday, November 7, 2025 at the age of 62. He was born in Marrero, Louisiana to the late James A. Pellegrin, Sr. and Beverly Williams Pellegrin. Loving father of Jessica L. Pellegrin (Devin), Jacob A. Pellegrin (Shelby), and James A. Pellegrin III. Proud Paw Paw of Hayden Delaune, Baylen Delaune, Julian Delaune and Natalie Pellegrin. Brother of Karl Pellegrin, Phyllis Kass, Joanie Vicknair, the late Jessie Guillot, the late Ricky Guillot, and the late Myra Shaffer. James is survived by his great friends Marilyn Babineaux and Robert Taylor AKA Homeboy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends who are left to cherish his memory.
A memorial service for James is being planned for a date in the near future.
