James M. “Hollywood” Thomas passed away peacefully at home on Monday, July 31, 2023, at the young age of 62. Beloved husband of the late Pamela Duffourc Thomas and Father of his only daughter, Brandi Thomas Benoit (Ryan). Son of the late A. T. (Joe) and Barbara Thomas. Brother to “his favorite sister”, Lori Tully (Patrick), Robert (Jessica) and Charles Thomas (Blair). A native of Marrero, Louisiana, and a resident of the Westbank for the past 62 years. James is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A Memorial service and/or gathering of family and friends in honor of the late James “Hollywood” Thomas will be held privately, which is yet to be determined. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to “No One Fights Alone”, NOFA NOLA at www.nofanola.org.
