

Juanita Rita Saucier-LeBlanc passed away peacefully on April 2, 2018 at the age of 84. Born October 3, 1933 to the late Duroc & Annette Saucier in Westwego, Louisiana. Beloved wife of Alvin Joseph LeBlanc for 66 years, Juanita was a life-long resident of Westwego, who was an excellent cook that was known for her caring personality and her devotion to her husband and family. Survived by her husband Alvin LeBlanc; her children Juana Troxler (Irvin) and Debora Labat (Kim); Grandchildren, Erin Magouirk (Noah), Alysa Labat, Travis Labat (Tamara); One great grandchild, Nicole Magouirk; Sisters, Annabelle Plaisance and Dorothy Berthelot; Brothers, Ronald Saucier and Roland Saucier. Preceded in death by her sister Eula Brunet and parents Duroc & Annette Saucier. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Wynhoven Health Care and Notre Dame Hospice for their care and compassion during this difficult time. Family and friends are encouraged to attend funeral services on Friday, April 6 2018. Mass will be held at 1:00pm. A visitation will be from 9:00a-1:00pm. Interment at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Westwego will follow mass. All services will be held at WESTSIDE LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME, 5101 Westbank Expy in Marrero.
