He was the son of Antoinette "Toni" Breaud Dufour Troxler and the late Kenneth John Dufour Sr.; father of D'Jayla Smith Dufour; stepson of Gerald D. Troxler Sr.; Brother of Nicole Dufour Garbo (Brett), Danyell Dufour, Gerald D. Troxler Jr. (Liz), and Cameron A. Troxler. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He struggled with a multitude of demons for most of his life. He worked in a lot of different places, though his favorites were his little side jobs, like cutting grass. He loved his Saints, his LSU Tigers, and the Boston Celtics. The challenges that he faced in life made him keenly aware of needs in others, and he always wanted to help. Despite everything, he was well loved.
