Kernell Goudia

The family of Kernell James Goudia, Jr. is celebrating his 42 years of life which ended suddenly March 2, 2012. He was born on May 1, 1969 and is the proud son of Elaine Mitchell Thompson (Tommy) and Kernell James Goudia, Sr. Kernell was the beloved husband to Carla LaCour Goudia, the faithful father of Paige and Reagan Goudia and the adored stepson of Joe Tipado (Tanya). He was the cherished brother of Kieva, Joe, and Jamal Tipado, Demiere Roussell, Coi Baloney, Orenthal Wallace, and other siblings. Cherished son-in-law of Josie B. LaCour and Nathaniel LaCour (Connie), and brother-in-law of Charlette LaCour. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, other family, and friends. He was a devoted member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Friends, family, and employees of Arizona Beverage, Pernod-Ricard USA, Glazers Company, Republic Beverage, Bentley Systems, Pepsi, ConocoPhillips, Strayer University, and Martyn Academy, as well as members of Fifth African Baptist Church, New Mount Bethel Baptist Church, Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority are invited to attend the Memorial Service on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Lawless Memorial Chapel, Dillard University.
