Linda Boquet Potts

Linda Boquet Potts joined her true love in Heaven on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the age of 82. To know her was to love her and be loved by her. Linda was one of the sweetest and happiest people you would ever meet. She loved unconditionally and her family meant everything to her.

Linda was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late William J. Boquet and Stella Billiot Boquet. She was married to the love of her life, the late William G. Potts III for over 40 years. Devoted mother of Tammy Muth (Joey), Sherry Gambino, Steven Quatrevingt, Stephanie Cooper (Chris), Mechelle Potts (Brad), and Kelly Barrios. Proud Maw Maw Honey of Lora Mueller (Ronnie), Jessica Dominick (Gerald), Dana Silvey (Oliver), Matthew Muth (Shawn), Richard Muth, Michael Tully (Mikaela), Carl Tully, Paul Quatrevingt (Laura), Kevin Quatrevingt (Kerrie), Michael Webb (Lisa), Billy Ray Webb (Caylee), Steven Webb, and Paris Dufrene. Maw Maw Honey is survived by 27 Great Grandchildren and 1 on the way as well as 2 Great Great-grandchildren and 2 more on the way. Sister of Brenda Dean (the late Jessie), Kathy Burke (Mike), William Boquet, Jr., the late Ernest Boquet, and the late Charles Boquet. Linda is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends who will miss her dearly.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, June 25th, 2025 in the chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. A visitation will begin at 9:00AM and continue until the service time. Linda will be laid to rest with her late husband, following the service at Westlawn Park Cemetery in Gretna, Louisiana.
