Lorena C. Matherne, Age 88 passed away on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 6:24 p.m.. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence J. Matherne. Mother of Marion Alberado, Loretta Meyer, Bernard Matherne and Jeffery Matherne. Grandmother of Penny Roux, Melvin Alberado, Cindy Bertolot, Amy Barker, Carl Meyer, Patricia Domegaux, Pamela Deville, Bernard Matherne, Hope Guidry, Dawn Whittington, Faith Moore, Jessica Trosclair and and Beth Allums. Survived by 38 great grandchildren and and 7 great great grandchildren. Sister of the late Henry, Clarence, Alex, Edward, Herbert and Whitney Comardelle, Alberta Frickey and Gerty Bruce.
