

Louis Raymond Biondolillo passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Darlene for 13 years. Preceded in death by his first wife Marlene for 43 years. Louis was the son of the late Lucy Dimiceli and Salvatore Biondolillo, and brothers Salvador and Jacob. Succeeded by his loving daughter Natalie Biondolillo (David), his sister Antonina Westerlund (Robert) and Michael Biondolillo (Rina), Curtis Silver Jr. (Christy), Curtis Silver III, Caitlin Silver and Cierra Silver, along with several nieces and nephews.
Louis was born in New Orleans in 1939 and resided in River Ridge and Marrero in Jefferson Parish his entire life. Louis attended Tulane and Loyola Universities. He was the 1969 Student Body President at Loyola in 1969, graduating in 1970. He attended West Jefferson High school where he was Student Body President, graduating in 1957. Louis was a member of Blue Key National Honor Fraternity, Cross Keys National Honor Society, Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit honor fraternity, and Who’s Who in American Universities and Colleges.
Louis was employed by Louisiana Power & Light (Entergy) for 40 years. He began his career as a helper in the state meter shop while attending Tulane and Loyola Universities at night. After a few years, he was transferred to the Southeastern Division Engineering Department. In 1969, he was promoted and transferred to the corporate office to establish the Technical Personnel Development program. In 1973, Louis was promoted as the corporate Safety Engineer. In 1978, he was assigned to Environmental Affairs to develop the program to deal with Polychlorinated Biphenyls. The last eight years, Louis was assigned to the Waterford II Nuclear Facility, as the site Facilities Engineer.
Louis attended and completed the Police Officer Standard Training under the administration of Sheriff Harry Lee for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office. He served as a Reserve Deputy and Lieutenant for 15 years working in the Mounted Division and later the Street Crime Unit. Louis also founded Revenue Resources consulting firm, LMN Enterprises and B & W Investigations.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a visitation on Monday, May 24, 2021 for 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass starting at 11 AM at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home located at 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero.
