Luis Suarez. Jr., entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 21, 2015, at the age of 67. Son of the late Luis Suarez, Sr. and Bonnie Ford Suarez. Loving father of Christina Suarez Callais (Todd) and Deborah Suarez Franklin (Martin). Brother of Ana Suarez Jackson. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Darian Callais, Devyn and Allen Dominick, Jr., Parker and Olivia Franklin and his nephew, Christopher Jackson.
Born in Havana, Cuba on October 31, 1948. Luis came to New Orleans as a child and was a long time employee of the New Orleans Fire Department.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expy., Marrero, LA as entrusted with his arrangements.
