Margaret Emily Davis Rome, age 91, entered into eternal rest January 1, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Clement J. Rome. Mother of Ellen Rome Lambert Kaupp and the late Eleanor Rome Marque. Mother-in-law of Merlin C. Kaupp Jr. and Gerald E. Marque. Sister of the late Anna Mae Davis Matran and half sister of the late Johnny Jones. Grandmother of Michael J. Lambert and Karen Marque Lemoine. Step-grandmother of Scott Kaupp, Trisha Gautreaux, and Heather Kaupp. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, and 5 step great grandchildren, as well a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Express condolences at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
