Milton “Popcorn” Joseph LeBlanc Jr. passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday morning, March 2, 2021. He was 76 years old. Beloved husband of the late Betty Ann LeBlanc. Loving father of Dawlyn M. Scholl (Lloyd) and the late Milton J. LeBlanc III (Pam). Grandfather of Kayla Scholl (Brian Cripple), Braydan and Joshua LeBlanc. Brother of Allen LeBlanc (Janalyn), Glenn LeBlanc (Lynn), Janice LeBlanc (Curt), Karen LeBlanc, and the late Ronald LeBlanc. Brother-in-law of Henrietta Martin (Errol) and Hagan P. Schouest (Cindy). Son of the late Clara and Milton J. LeBlanc Sr. Son-in-law of the late Nora and Hagan Schouest. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, and preceded in death by his uncles and aunts. Popcorn was a lifelong resident of Marrero and graduated from Immaculata High School. He retired from Pontchartrain Materials after 20 dedicated years of service as their Bookkeeper. Mentioning that he was an avid LSU fan is an understatement. He spent many tailgates feeding family, friends, fans, and the team. He was a devout Catholic and active Parishioner of Immaculate Conception, and served as an usher for many years. Popcorn has touched countless lives of others and will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at IMMACULATE CONCEPTION, 4401 Seventh Street, Marrero, on Monday morning, March 8, 2021 at 11:00. Visitation will be held on Sunday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 at WESTSIDE LEITZ-EAGAN, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, and again on Monday morning in church beginning at 9:00.
